Refunds will be available up to 7 days before the scheduled start of the event. This window allows event providers to meticulously plan for your attendance, including hiring the appropriate staff and procuring the necessary supplies to guarantee a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.
To request a refund within the 7-day window please email orders@ticketpug.com and be sure to include your the full name and email address you used when you purchased the tickets along with the event name and date.
